Our fully equipped, thoughtfully designed sets are perfect for recording podcasts, filming video reels, YouTube shorts, TikToks, conducting interviews, shooting masterclasses, and creating premium content.

Absolutely. A professional audio/video engineer will be present throughout your entire session to handle all technical aspects and ensure everything runs smoothly — so you can focus entirely on creating great content.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled recording session to allow time for setup, sound checks, and to get comfortable with the studio environment.

We use professional Sony 4K cameras (Netflix Approved), industry-standard Shure microphones, and Aputure professional lighting equipment to ensure broadcast-quality results.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72h depending on the option you selected at booking.

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. For early morning, evening, or weekend sessions, please contact our team and we'll accommodate your needs. Bookings outside standard hours or on public holidays are available upon request with a 20% surcharge on recording time.

Yes — you can cancel, reschedule, or modify your booking directly through our website up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours require booking a new session. If you're running late, please contact us via LINE immediately so we can notify your engineer and accommodate you if possible.

We're happy to accommodate extra time whenever the studio is available! Just give your engineer a heads-up during your session. Keep in mind that if you go more than 10 minutes past your scheduled end time, we'll need to charge for an additional 30-minute block—even if you don't use the full half hour, since we operate in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
